Zombies Ate My Neighbors--an old Nintendo game. CLASSIC.
I'll put in another plug for Shaun of the Dead. I have to recommend seeing it edited, though, if you want to keep your soul.
Definitely the best romantic-comedy-with-zombies I've ever seen.
